<b><i>Objectives:</i></b> The aim of the study was to describe feasibility open fetal microneurosurgery for intrauterine spina bifida (SB) repair and compare perinatal outcomes with cases managed using classic surgery technique. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> In this study, we selected a cohort consecutive fetuses isolated SB referred our center in Queretaro, Mexico, during 3.5-year period (2016–2020). performed by either (6- 8-cm hysterotomy leakage amniotic fluid, which replaced before uterine closure) or microneurosurgery, is novel technique characterized 15- 20-mm diameter, reduced manipulation fixing back, maintenance normal fluid volume whole surgery.
